I had another read of dukan and the bran absorbs some nutrients and carries it out. I actually think as I had a rather shiny oily stool this morning, that the natural oils in the bran and the absorption of the other food which have very little fats but none the less fat is just being expelled.
Ok so day one down and not too bad.
Realised that I did no exercise yesterday so will do some today,

sorry don't think i explained clearly,
what i mean is the toning exercises in the active sports, eg. the squats. the lateral arm raises, .... basically anything where there is some resistance or weight bearing.
this keeps the motabilism going, but in my opinion should also be mixed with initial...
err i like the skating and the side to side jumps.
(not fantastic at the running but i guess it would burn the most calories).
but be aware you need the toning exercises to keep the motabolism high and burning way after you finish exercising.

but tone the glutes and it will pull everything in, eg. like squats etc.
thus you will be tighter more firm = smaller on the bottom area.

ok little update, i have tried this, and it is good, really makes sure that youare doing it right (the exercise).
and i works you hard you can use the wii board with it,
and if there is an exercise that you don't want to do then you can eliminate that exercise before you start as well.

yeah i'm off the wagon at the moment but i'm on holiday, and yes you can do holidays and still be on the wagon, all i know is that i have a target and come what may i will reach that target, no matter what and at my specified target time.

then an hour core. love the 100 could do it loads. i love the feeling.
the plank :cool: now that is the one that i struggle with, i do it but it is my achilles tendon.
then finish off with another 15 mins yoga.

hey guys just a little update, as i have increased the intensity of the work outs, i have noticed that she uses some calanetcs moves, eg. the hundred.
i am loving this type of workout.

an excercise bike does sound good, but interms of makes and models i can't recommend as i don't personally have a stationary bike.

i've tried that ladies, for BF it has to be fresh. think he has a mental phobia about something that is not cooked on the same day.

for me it aint a certain weight, or weeks, it's when people start to comment or if i am getting extra attention because i am loosing weight , i then turn on the self destruction of diet button.

have you tried the fitness coach yet? i did yoga and i have learnt some moves now as well, i really like it as it helps me concentrate as well.
it's great for toning like said and can change body shape as it certainly did mine in the past. i used to be very bulky, (i am muscley naturally ) calenetics did change that, gave me great definition, but a slim-lined definition of my body.
yoga also does this but in a different way.

but yeah we all do loads of other exercises as well,
and the sit up term was used broadly as we mix it up with crunches etc etc. anything that works the core muscles and as long as you do the situps correctly you will work those muscles. but yeah the best muscles...
so in a way are you saying that people are self precribing when the gp says no, and thus paying the higher price?
(i guess it depends on how much you want it, and how determined you (people) are to get it).
at the price they are why not get them prescribed by gp. and get the full strength version at £7.10p ?
