    Oh heck... Due to entertsining my husbands colleague all weekend i have faplen off plan for 2 days ..back on tomorrow...take this as warning... I have never felt so ill x-( ok so back on plan tomoz...i may need support to get through to ketosis again..... Butbat least i know its worth it...

    Wow lost 4 llbs this week...ok i dudnt use my full 600 cals but had what i wanted til i was full!!! Had 2x gnt last night as we had guests but chose g rather than vino fir carb value...chuffed going 100% today and may have to entertain tomoz... But will avoid carbs knockibg me out of ketosis

    Try makibg them with more water it was the consistency yhst got me ...puke... Thinner and in s cup adfing herbs or chilli helps too

    Well i worked on keeping busy...went to a spa dsy today and took my bar...was stsrvinh at about 1200 so it was devoured then ok after that! Stayed on trzck with no alcofrol!!!!! Vrry proud of myself!

    Day 3 Wow I can't believe it although I have the growls tummy...just like everyone said I'm not starving hungry?..even ordered Thai for everyone while I had the Thai soup which was scummy with loads of chilli in!
