Yes it would be hard not to nibble at food it does get better , my wife was eating a pizza last night and i was tempted to have a nibble , i thought what it would do to me, i stuck by it and drunk water (which it help) this is my first week nearly over ,soo maggy64 just hang in there and you ,ll...

Thank you very much for the advice folks , very much appreciated when you have good friends to achieve my goal ,i will try and be active and not think about food , this is my sixth day now and ill have to go to the pharmacy to get another week supply

im just nervs for the weekend because now im off work for the w/end and im in the house doin nothing tmw will be my day 6 on the LT , I dont want to let myself down this weekend , and my weight in on monday and thats when my LT finishes

well im 17 and a half stone and i would like to get down to below 14st , what about u

for a Male you get 2 shakes (like me ) :( and for a female you get 3 shakes but you have to take your 3 shakes a day to work , im on day 4 nearly day 5 now and at the moment im drinking water and black tea , you dont feel the hunger when you drink water

Im feeling grand , I would like to say to you that you should take 3 shakes to take affect how long you been on it Galm , I have Faith in you dont give up
