    Sorry to say it but I'm stuck at 8.10, sts for weeks, iv lost count. I feel like I'm starving most days. I'm 5ft 2 so still got a good 8lb to lose. I stick to my 26dailies! Hardly go into weeklies and do plenty of exercise .

    I LOVE porridge, I could eat it 3 times aday but I'm running out of ides how to have it, so could any one share theirs with me. I have blueberries, strawberries ( what ever is on offer) stewed apple and cinnamon, mash banana, peach slices.

    No don't use weeklies or activity points. Can't see me losing weight if I do? I know people do use them and have better loses, I'm 8.10 ( im only 5ft 2) at moment and can't bring myself to eat more if I'm not hungry. Maybe I should accept this is my weight :-(

    I did have bum and thighs, but I always lose weight from there first. Iv got big boobs, but they becoming empty now, which isn't a good look, hopefully getting a boob once I finish breast feeding, Nhs if my consultant can't wave his magic wand.     Leave skin on? How does this effect the taste? I make it peeled and chopped bns, red onion, white onion, carrot and red pepper. Roast it all, then shimmer for few minutes in veg stock, then blitz it all. But once iv made it I can't stop eating it. :-)

    Carb free/low carb meals

    Tinned fish, I love tuna/ pink samon with loads of salad. Also I eat a lot of 0 pp omelettes . Just egg whites, onion, mushroom and pepper. With some tinned toms over the top. Also some reduced fat cheese can be added 30g for 2pp.

    ProPoints Calling all new year restarters!!

    Hi ladies. I'm also restarting. I'm doing it myself. I did it online for 3 months so using knowledge I learnt and a ww calculator. Calculator says I have daily pp of 26? I didn't think it went below 29? Any ideas. Thanks :)
