Just to let you know that i stayed the same this week,which i am happy with.Had a bad week and cheated a little bit due to feeling unwell but that is no excuse.However i going back on Monday and going to be 100% ss. Fiona x

Day six and doing really well at least the headache has gone.Weigh in Monday and according to my scales lost 8lb so far. Fiona x

I am sorry to hear that you are not getting much support from your cd. My cd is great i always spend a good half hour with her. Maybe you should try another cd and see how you get on with them. Good luck xx

Just been told there will be a strawberry tetra coming out in September. That will be something to look forward to lol.

5th day on ss and still find it hard.I fancy a nice bacon sandwich but i am going for a walk instead.Lets hope it will take my mind of it lol.

Hi Just rejoined cd again and find it harder each time on day 4 but had some protien and salad yesterday due to being away on a course.Just hoping i am not going to give in now lol.
