    When I started, I was in ketosis on day 2. If you had cut down on carbs before starting on LT that would have speeded up the process. You can get Ketostix to measure if you are in ketosis or not. They are available from some chemists.

    When I did LT a couple of years ago a 3lb weight loss would have been a good week for me - I usually lost 2lbs, even though I stuck to it 100% Don't let the chemist get you down. Stick with the program, its worth it in the long run! :0clapper:

    Can't take another shake!!

    I found all the shakes made me gag - I only have the chicken soup. Even then, depending on the amount of water used to make it up, I sometimes find the taste a bit "milky". I will get some peanut flapjacks next week for a bit of variety.
