    From what I remember it's that it starts to lose the nutrients and vitamins after 15 minutes. Bit of a pain as I find I can't drink them quick otherwise I feel sick

    After lots of "testing" I find that 400ml is good for the shakes. It's not really thick but still has lots of flavour. If you have the porridge 120ml is usually enough otherwise it's too runny. I hope this helps :)
