In the lipotrim video I watched it says you are allowed Earl Grey Tea and my pharmacist said you could also. Need to clarify this as i like it myself. :confused:

Am feeling inspired by all your stories of the effect of weight loss as this is my first day on lipotrim.

I always get measured in M&S, and even my size the staff have always been nothing but totally professional and have I have never felt embarassed. It is amazing the diference it makes when you have a properly fitting bra. :)

Thank you, I have been told by pharmacist I have to watch the video before I can start programme. Have not told anyone yet that I am intending to do this as I have always pretended I am OK about my weight so it is nice to have this forum.

Going to pharmacy tomorrow with the intention of starting Lipotrim, hope to be able to report back that I have!
