    I just did my workout, D9. I think 10pm is the latest I've done it. As soon as you start it's nearly over with. Definitely worth the 25 minutes. My muscles stopped hurting a few days ago. Can't remember exactly when. Is that an app you've got that stamps the days as you've completed them?

    Shoes! Lol. I'm using my hubby's dumbbells with the weights off, so just the bars. They are 1.5kg each. I've seen on a few other threads people got them from B and M. I might take a look to see if they've got 2.5kg and they're not too expensive. Also I think Argos have some for about 6 pound.

    Had to take a rest day yesterday as my knee was too sore do just did D4 today. Knee still a bit sore so couldn't do jumping jacks, jump ropes or lunges. Funnily though squats and butt kicks were fine so I did butt kicks for all my cardio. Still worked up quite a sweat.

    I started 30DS last night. Sore today. Not as sore as I thought I would be though. Think i'll feel it tomorrow. I've got my sisters hen night on 13th July. Planning on shredding everyday until then. Took measurements and before pics, so hopefully I can report some good changes.

    I haven't eaten any of them since joining SW. I've seen a few people have said that asda, co-op, etc, pitta's are bigger than WW. Maybe as patchwork said the others are higher syns than WW and SW have realised that 1-2 higher syn is enough to effect the plan.

    While I don't have an after WI treat I do regularly treat myself to ice cream. I have Solero Exotic Explosion ice lollies, 3-4 times a week. Syn wise they are a bargain at 4.5. For a box of 3 that are 2.49, not cheap. Often on BOGOF or half price though so I always stock up.

    I used to like a few glasses of wine at the weekend. One weekend DH and I had a bottle and a take away. I felt so guilty afterwards and didn't enjoy it because of that. Since then I haven't had any alcohol unless going out. It just doesn't seem with it for me.

    You could try a hifi bar/ Alpen light/ banana on the go. That's what I do. I hate sitting and having breakfast in the morning as I feel like I'm wasting time. I have a wee bite of my banana here and there while I'm getting ready. Or, sometimes I have an Alpen light in the car on my way to work.
