no problem 2x400gr tomato
1 small tin carrots
1 tin baked beans
1 chicken stock cube
1pickled onion
1/2 pint water
pinch salt and pepper
liquidise and heat as required

you sound amazeing good luck with your ou ,ye i have been on disability for about 14 years now ,and loads of other health issues so trying to loose some weight ,not easy when your so inactive lol :(
ye i thought going without was ok, but your body thinks its starving and hangs on to the fat you want to lose ,you need to stoke the fire to burn of the fat lol
hi just started on s/w again after trying by my self i have a disability so no exercise for me i will be 60 soon and hope this year will be a fresh start for me and get 4 stone off :p
