    Weight loss (SO FAR)

    Well, to be honest I didn't follow slimming world the first 5 days but some reason I lost 8lbs!!! (Beginners luck maybe!) I've been following it 100% since Saturday so it is early days now... I'll let you know on Saturday if I lose!!!

    I'm doing it from home (or starting to try!). I've had a lot of really embarrassing things happen to me lately due to my weight n I just want them to stop! Me and my partner are also wanting to try for a baby and I'm scared my weight could effect that!!!

    chilli sauce/garlic mayo recipes please

    I absoliutley love my chicken kebab!! And to make chilli sauce its literaly just chilli powder, tomato puree & boiling water (syn free)! I top it up with loads of salad n lush chicken lumps n could live off the stuff!!! Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

    Does anyone find this diet very expensive?

    It is very expensive but if you sign into the slimming world website there is some 7 day diet plans and one is a student/budget week. Also, be careful with buying cheaper cuts of meat as they are only free if they are less than 5% fat... Doesn't state that anywhere in the book though! Good luck! X
