    I look forward to following your journey. I am always looking for new recipes that are Slimming World friendly and which the whole family will eat. I tried the Lemon Syllabub recipe from the new dessert book. It said it was two syns but I used Sweetner, so think it may be free!

    Falling off the wagon - Help!!

    Keep at it I know exactly what you mean! I returned last year and it has been really slow progress, but at least I am over a stone lighter than I was this time last year. There are lots of recipes on here and I have particularly enjoy slimming world chips - so easy and just as tasty as normal...

    First weigh in and stayed the same

    Don't be disheartened. It sounds like there are a number of reasons that this could have happened. Personally, I think that sometimes good results can happen the following week, so just stick to it and come on here for lots of support!

    Thank you. It's so good to see so many like minded people. The slimming world group I attend is very supportive, but it's good to know that there is support available at all times. I have found quite a few recipe ideas and looking forward to lots more!
