    Yeah jess I'm the same love the bread with soup but that's why I like ye noodles in the soup so I don't miss it as bad :) Mandy I'm working on some handmade cards that people have ordered off me. That's my job :) thank god for the baby boom loads of baby cards :)

    Yeah my local tesco here in Ireland is really annoying the tesco light choices fromaige frais is always coming and going one day it will be there then you go back for it again and it's not there. Luckily they have the fat free natural yoghurt most weeks.

    Hi there just started back on Slimming world after the excess of Christmas. I find this diet really suits me. There have been slimming world booklets in the daily mirror here in Ireland this week with some recipes and inspiration stories.
