    I've been in the same boat as you hun with the meds and dieting. Things will start to improve hun you just need to give it time and you will start to see the good results you want :) it took me a little while to start seeing improvements in myself and the scales.

    did you use mainly weights? it could be you are gaining muscle which weighs heavier than fat. Just means you are getting toned :) you may find sometimes that your weight will stay the same but dont worry it will come off :)

    Anyone in the 12's want to get into the 11's?

    i used to be 10st5lbs :( gained 2stone after getting married (blame the hubby haha) Im currently at 12st1lbs. Im running around 5k twice a week and doing pro points. Would love to get in to the 11's soon. Good luck to everyone x :)

    HELP U.T.I.

    drink lots of water. Paracetemol helps with some of the pain. I also find having a hot bath (No bubble bath or soaps!) helps me as I seem prone to UTI's myself. If it gets any worse possibly ring up a walk in clinic if you have one near by. feel better soon x
