    Day 3 easier still; tried the granola for breakfast it was lovely and bigger than I'd thought then chicken soup for lunch which was nice and cottage pie for dinner looked a bit grim but was lovely with mixed veggies.     On 810 you're allowed 175g of chicken breast without skin, so what you're having is fine, you should maybe have a little bit of green salad with it too to get some veggies into you.     I ordered low cal when I flew around the far east and got some great meals, salmon & stir fried veggies, chicken breast, I'd guesstimate they were very low maybe under 400 cals a time.

    You could try splitting your packs up and having smaller meals to prevent the energy crash and remember to drink loads of water that helps with the dizziness. Hope you feel better soon hun. x

    Do any of you cheat?

    I've had a hard time starting SS then falling off the wagon, then getting back on then falling off, and I've always managed maybe after even 1 meal to get back on the wagon but each time it's harder esp if you eat normal food you get so hungry the next day and go through all the pain again...

    If u r losing weight rapidly (on any vlcd) the fat cells contain oestrogen which then means you get more hormonal fluctuations than you would normally which can lead to bleeding, spotting, irregular periods, etc, etc... so it's very common! and hope it doesn't cause you too much of a problem. x

    2nd Weigh in......feel like i want to give up!

    It'll be water retention due to totm, I can guarantee it, our cycles get really disturbed as when you lose fat quickly oestrogen that is in the cells gets released into your system and can make your cycles go haywire.. don't despair I promise it'll start moving again next week!!
