Hi thanks for replys, bought one today and went on the syns calculator on S.W website and it worked out at 13 syns!! I don't know whether to eat it or not especially as mommy b said they are lovely!!!! My lunch is at 2.30 today so dilemma, dilemma!!

hi my kids have left home now, and hub does his own cooking, but
if i had to do their cooking i think i would do what nic says,plan their meals and try having a big cooking day-freeze it and get it over with in one fail swoop!,good luck x
well done, its true if you are at a lower weight it does come off in smaller amounts, lipotrim say you will lose a stone a month and you have acheived that,stay positive and good luck with next week x

i too find weekends the hardest, i always feel better when i am back in work on monday but i always feel stronger knowing i got through it, just remember its only a short amount of time that you will be on this diet and it is so worth it when you start seeing results-much better than a glass of...

hi nicola and welcome, its a great diet and you get really quick results which helps you keep on track, make sure you drink plenty of water it helps fill you up helps excersize your legs as you will be running up the stairs every five mins to the loo!!! well done on your first day x
there's a really good shop in the triangle in manchester (upstairs) that my bro goes to, they test your gait with a running machine and computer and then tell you the best trainers to buy, they are really helpful. why not give them a try

well done, i think you have to do whats right for you and it obviously works, you don't have that much left to lose so developing a healthy attitude towards food is the right thing to do.

hi and welcome, as everyone says its water, water, water!! i found it helped with headaches around days 3-4 i prefer sparkling water and when i am out or with friends i have it in a large wine glass!!!
