    Had a nice time at the gym-just 25 mins on the cross-trainer and 10 mins brisk uphill walking on the treadmill followed by some sit ups. Legs are achey. Didn't want to overdo it on TS. Hopefully it will help me have a good night's sleep before official weigh-in in the morning!

    I make them cold and then, if I want it hot, heat up in the microwave. This was on the advice of my CDC who said if you make any product (other than soups) with hot water they just become lumpy.

    Thankfully I've only had one dream about food in my 17 days on the CWP. It was a Thor of a bacon and egg sandwich. Was yummy but I felt so incredibly guilty I only managed a third of it! Thank god it was just a dream though!!
