    you fill some sheets each week and when you've done the required weeks you get an award. it's not very efficient, we just have to nudge our C and ask basically. there's not anywhere on the website you can check in and get them like you can with weigh ins.

    getting on track

    plan ahead. i find it very hard to stay on track when i'm winging it. i write a meal plan for the week (just dinners, my motivation lasts just fine til about 4pm then gets hairy) and make sure i have the stuff. that helps us not go 'ah feck it' and having something disastrous.
