You should really measure yourself as that's what actually matters!
I once lost 6lb and didn't loose many cm's but one week STS and lost 16cm all over x

I am not 100% if this is correct but me personally would weigh the potatoes and use the kals for boiled potatoes x and depending on the amount of fry light just work our per spray x
