    if you are bruising easily due to diet its usually to a lack of vitamins, in particular vitamin C. You should probably take a vitamin supplement, i expect the pharmacist will confirm this.

    thats ok, it might that flu thing, i think its what happens when glycogen totally runs out, even though you are already in ketosis. but im not sure. seems that many people have it. BUt dont rule out actually being ill!

    are you sure you are actually ill, i seem to remember once reading that the detox process can make you feel flu-like. have a look at this, i know its atkins but it applies as its about ketosis. Atkins Diet - Induction flu second time around

    i personally dont think it will make any real difference. youll store hardly any glycogen from that. over the course of the diet the difference will be negligible. carry on as if it never happened and everything will be ok me thinks.

    this is why you are meant to drink a lot, if you are dehydrated in ketosis it can lead to ketoacidosis, which is different from ketosis and not good. There is no reason for you to reach this stage if you are at a normal level of hydration. ever.
