    Thought I would start a little diary after a suggestion from another member, to log my progress on running! So, this is week one, started Monday 17th October. Couch to 5k. WEEK 1. I just about managed, the 5 mins walk, then 1 minute run, 1 1/2 minute walk, for 20 mins. WEEK 1. 14st 2lb.

    Hi chelsea, in my book "The Dukan Diet Life Plan"...it says that low sugar low salt ketchup is tolerated. I use it occasionally, but it isnt very nice really, not like normal sauce! I often make up, like someone said on here, a salsa dip for dipping chicken fillets in etc......xxx
