    Go for a healthy alternative instead. Instead of getting a cheesy garlic bread pizza on the odd Saturday night, I now get the Tesco 485 cal pesto pizza- I just scrape off the yukky presto and voila, it's a really yummy "cheat". Might even treak myself to some ben and jerry's frozen yoghurt too...
