    Ru near a Boots at work? Try a Tony Ferguson shake or Slimfast shake. I think they are slightly higher in calories but not enough to affect your weightloss if it's only today. Good luck x

    My original aim was to lose 3 stone to get me just under 12 stone, then decided an extra half stone so that I would weigh less than my OH. If/when I get there I might set a new target but I've no recollection of being under 12 stone so just want to achieve that first. Not bothered about clothes...

    Now you mention it, I've been having palpitations recently. Not every day but a couple of times a week and not quite sure when they started. I hadn't connected them to the diet but now you've got me wondering...
