    end of week three whoohoo!

    surprised and so happy, lost 4lbs,was so tempted last week and a a little piece of plain steak and some vegetable then worried till now that I would go out of ketosis.. not going to do that again.....been doing some walking and strength training this week :) Pam

    Just finished week two, and have lost 5lb... well pleased as I read wk2 can be iffy.. came so close to cheating a couple of times but managed to persuade myself out of it.. go me !!!!! lol Pam :D

    brilliant!!! went and got some of that marigold bouillon today, going to try some later, also saw knorr beef,chicken or veg stock cubes reduced salt.. are they allowed.. per 100mls of made up stock there is 8 cals, o.2g sugar,o.4g fat, o.3g saturates and 0.6g salt.. thats a chicken one.. Pam

    Feeling rubbish!

    Hi, I am on day 9 now, my headache went away about day 4-5. drinking loads of water helps.. I read somewhere that its a carb withdrawal thing I think ...did feel cold but ok now, energy levels up too, boosting with walks is helping..you are right the weather being nippy now makes us colder...

    Yeah me too with LL I was on it about 4-5 years ago I think.. it was £44 when I started and I had been on it 8 weeks when they upped the price to £66 a week and I couldnt continue...shame I was doing well, lost 3st+ in the time but it was just too much money.. was so chuffed when I saw exante :) Pam

    I think sometimes you retain water if you dont drink enough.. I can tell by my feet and fingers lol.. If I drink loads of water I have (comparatively) lovely slender feet and fingers.. if I skive on the water like yesterday..pudding feet and sausage fingers...... who knows if I'd drunk enough...

    I like to have my last shake at suppertime noor.. its evenings when I want something sweet.. hot if its choc or vanilla and cool if strawb or banana.. helps with the sweet cravings. and sometimes I dont want it earlier . (I bought the bumper pack so I have soup at breakfast and a bar much later)

    I like all the soups, the tomato is better with the tiniest smidge of soy sauce...not a tomato soup lover but its ok..bought bumper pack so will put up with it
