I make similar using Sugarfree Jelly + FatFre Natural Yogurt Make jelly per instructions on pk, allow to cool then whisk in yogurt put in fridge to set Syn value jelly only (I thought 2 syns but I see on this thread 1.5) must check

I have made this and if you whisk the egg whites very stiff (like you were making meringue) and fold into the other ingredients you can leave out the baking powder leaving it Syn Free

u dont have to stick to fat free natural yogurt fruit flavours r fine as long as they are fat free (MullerLight r excellent):)
