Going to an Italian tomorrow night for an all expenses paid night so want to make the most of it. :D Have 2 weeks done in SW and 4.5lbs off. Any advice on what to eat tomorrow night, bearing in mind, it is a freebie, and I will defo be having a chocolate dessert of some sort!!! ;)
It could be eating too much fruit. I was told that last week, I was eating about 4-5 pieces a day, and it makes you retain fluid. I cut down this week and lost 3lb.
2nd week and a 3lb loss for me! Am thrilled as I only lost 1.5lbs on my first week. Delighted this week. Seems I ate too much fruit my first week. I'm not a lover of veg so thought I'd up the fruit intake in week 1. Ate less fruit this week so reckon it had something to do with it! :D
Quite a few places where I live offer a slimming world menus. One chinese takeaway has a list of about 10 starters and 20 main courses with syn values posted on its wall. Great choice!
I used fresh cauli. You can't taste it at all. The kids never noticed the difference so that's great. However, I wasn't all that mad about it... Think I need to rethink spices etc and try it again!
First weight in tonight and lost 1.5lbs. The other 2 newbies in my group lost 5.5lbs! Was a little disappointed as I was really good all week. Maybe next week...:wave_cry:
Just want to check something about syns, am new to this. If I have a pack of chorizo that has 16 syns, and I use the whole thing in a dish for 4 people, is that 4 syns per person?:confused:
