I only have chocolate. I make it with 250 ml. Freezing cold water too that helps. I remember when I did lt last time. Within 2 weeks the choc shake was so yummy I'd have had it rather than a McDonald one haha. X

Theres a fab one called the 7 day shred. Look it up. I'm sure there's a fb group too and photos on you tube. It really works. But it's hard. And be careful with working out on lt. Don't over do it. X
