i know how gutted you are feeling, but re-stock! you will be more gutted with yourself if you dont!! why not look at your weight loss on a monthly period. the weekly little losses add to a great loss. (if you know what i mean lol!)
If you had excess skin you would know! it just hangs on on your body. excess skin is a big fear of mine, my friend has it who lost 6 stone and it looked awful. i have another friend who has lost 8 stone and exercised throughout and has no excess skin!!
i love the chicken soup!! i eat it as my evening meal from a bowl with a spoon and it makes me feel as if im having a meal. if you like chicken cup a soup then should like it!!
I have been playing on my wii fit, and it is great!! hope it pays off!! activities start a bit slow and was a bit dissapointed but then i soon realised the more you exercise on it the harder it gets!!

Got treated to Wii Fit yesterday and am about to go on it.

got a freind on CD eats one meal in the evening, sheis doing very well lost 2 1/2 stone, and has had theodd nightoff and been to Florida for two weeks. CD woks for her, so you may find thats the one foryou. Goodluck
I have just had my first my weigh in and i have chicken soup every night!! i dont add anything to it and have been told not to!! am now temptedthough!! Hope i can stick this out like many of you seem to have. Have joined this forum to try and stay on task!!
