    anyone else have bad results when doing green days?

    I do well on green days but I do watch my pasta portions. I find it easier to fill out my plate with superfree and speed foods on a red day which is probably why I lose more.

    The quiche is a really good recipe! I use the broccoli and cheese batchelors pasta and add extra broccoli and diced onions to it too, then serve it with a big salad. It's a recipe you can really play around with!

    Toning Up

    Pilates, yoga and weights/muscle resistance exercises. You can do all of these in your own home. It's also important not to lose weight too fast and just increase your exercise as you go. I hope that helps!

    Calling all Counsellors!

    Thank you for the support guys! I do feel under emense pressure to lose weight now and was even in the gym at 6am when it opened to try and lose the weight before my next weigh in. I'm very happy with the pace of my weight loss but my cdc just wants me to lose the weight as fast as possible.
