    i went walking and went.on a walker glider thing for two half hours split during week and did about 1200 sit ups....i was 23st 5lb....im now 17st 11lb x

    cheers hun i used to swim all the time used to get up at five bike there swim 100 or so lenghs and bike home...i put weight on someone said i was building muscle so i stopped that lol ...gonna have to try summit new lol

    hey huni did two and a half hours on glider/walker thing and about 1200 press ups and leg lifts thro the week..plus walking ....x hope i dont get a suk in when get on scales again monday lol x

    hey all i found this site other day and i love it ..iv been doing sw for seven month and am five and half stone lighter was in a bit of a slum as id not lost for three weeks but got weigh in today and have lost 10 lbs this week woooooo lol so big hello from me on my first post lol x
