    I am 5ft 10 and 12st 3lbs - 1500 seems right to maintain at my height/weight - you just have to play around until you get it right but not having enough will stall weight loss so start higher and see how you get on.

    0.5lbs this week which takes me to 0.5lb from my Easter target - getting so much harder now.. Thinking this might be it for me! I am 4.5lbs under my initial target and 1lb off of a "healthy" BMI. I am comfortably a size 14 - a few more pounds over the next couple of months would be good :-) xx

    Side effects and results

    Hi, I have only ever taken one tablet a day - with my evening meal. I have fruit and fat free yoghurt for breakfast and generally something very low fat for lunch which just leaves the evening meal.. It has worked for me (and makes the prescriptions last a bit longer making it cheaper!) x

    I have found drinking fine but try and go for low fat choices as alcohol in general is ridiculously high in calories - vodka and soda water, gin and slim line tonic etc are OK.     That makes more sense :) You could easily have 80g servings.. I don't take a tablet with breakfast (and rarely lunch) to make them go further - due to the shortages. I find it still seems to work OK for me! x
