    I've lost 2 1/2 stone in 18 weeks (I think). Not quick, but not slow either. Very chuffed as I don't feel as if I'm depriving myself too much, and hopefully the weight will stay off.

    Tips needed on getting "SW Chips" right...

    Did you parboil them for 5 minutes? I think you can pat them dry next, or just leave for 5 mins. Spray frylight on a baking tray, put the chips in, then spray the top of the chips, then bake for about 20 minutes. I hope that helps, or have I missed something? x

    A lot of people at my group say it makes a big difference. I haven't been going long enough to spot the difference yet. Perhaps it's better to think of your weight loss as over a month than a week?

    Why Doesn't Slimming World seem to work for me??

    Make sure you always have a third of superfrees on your plate with every meal, and that will be a start. eg, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, carrots, cauliflower, berries, apples, bananas etc. Not every fruit or veg is in this list so beware.
