    If you're eating less than your TDEE you will lose weight..albeit not as wuickly but the fat will come off instead of muscle. There's no way you're TDEE is less then 1500, therefore you're at a deficit.

    I put an inch on my waist the first week. I was bloated. Second week? 4.75 inches off in total. I lost from everywhere except my neck. This week I'm a little bloated from that time of the month so next week I will log my measurements. Measurements are best take ever 2-4 weeks.

    You're doing fine. I suffer with depression too and I get conscious. Having my Bodymedia lets me keep to a clean 1000 cal deficit a day if I plan and keep an eye on stuff and I eat between 1500-1700 cals.

    Small portion sizes will definitely change you psychologically and get your stomach used to eating smaller bites of calories leden things.     Any strength will be beneificial. Heavier weights equal more calories, more fat burn and more muscle gain which will help your metabolism but resitance is strength etc so yeah, that's good :) Doing squats and other exercises like that is good.

    If you've got a bit to loss, take 30% away from your lightly active number. Find a sweet spot between your BMR (the second one which is lower, worked out from your measurements/body fat percentage) and you 30%- number <3

    Chicken Mahkani (homemade, 8,5 syns), boiled rice, couple of slices of wholemeal bread, broccoli and carrots. Looking forward to it as this recipe said it tates just like resteraunt quality! It's not a lsimming world recipe, hence the slightly higher syns....not as high as a takeaway though!

    Personally I don't lose any or much weight if I have a lot of syns. Sometimes I'll have what I want out of my 105 weekly allowance and other weeks I'll keep to a low as possible syn week as possible. Some people find they lose more the closer to the limit they go...It's finding what's right...
