    Best way to plan for nighy out

    I think its 'only' 103 syns in a litre of vodka(!) so with diet coke you're sorted synwise for the week if you're really good. I used to be able to drink copious amounts of wine but really gone off it last few months and its syn laden so not missing it.

    12 pints is a massive amount to drink!! You need to have 2.25ltrs a day. Most of us try to drink 3-4 litres a day but its not always easy. Someone will come along shortly with the technical details but drinking water flushes out what we dont need from our systems. Good luck. Mx

    My mix a mousse hasn't set

    Advice from my CDC is mix the mousse powder and shake in a bag and give it a really good shake. Use 150ml cold water from the fridge (not tap) and it sets in about 10 mins when you put it in the fridge. I've had two this week and they do make a nice change.
