    yeah those urges are terrible... nothing you put in your mouth will get your mind off it... i know the feeling :( the best thing to do is to take one day at a time, because tommorow when you look back on today and see how good you were you will feel very proud and motivated to carry on ! x

    it depends really, you have many options, you can either change your breakfast, to fruit and yogurt for instance, and save your bread for lunch.. or you could syn your bread for lunch, may sound a waste of syns but i do it sometimes.. or now the weather is picking up you could make some salads...

    to save up, i try to go car boot sale to buy my meat, somtimes the prices are really interresting, the downside is that you have to buy quite a large quantity so spend more than you might want to at the minute.. i don't think the 3 for 10 £ offer in tesco is really good..

    i find it more difficult to stay good as the weeks pass, but i increased my activity level by 100 %, so we'll see if it helps !:rolleyes:
