    I actually reached my personal target early last year and was left with excess skin, I hated the look of me and think that is why i put most of my weight back on. I am back on sw and thinking I will look into surgery when I reach target again.Well done to those who have lost the weight and good...

    exercise - zumba, gym, swim, 30day shred or walk?

    Hi I do Zumba every week you can work quite hard but it's fun so it's not really like exercise. I think the main thing with exercise is to enjoy what you do so it's not a chore.Never give up. lynnie

    I am Following slimming world and I would like to lose 2stone for my daughters wedding in August, I have so far lost nearly 1 stone and finding it hard work
