Roasting bags What a great idea to use your own roasting bags. I've been buying either the Maggi or Colemans bags & seasoning packet, but doing it in our own bag gives far more option and, more importantly, SYN FREE unlike the bought ones!! :p

Red, Green or EE...That's the question! I've only tried Green since I started SW at home in early March. My weight loss has been ok, but nothing sensational - only 5lb which is much less than I'd have hoped. Maybe I need to try a week or so on Red to see if that impacts my weight loss...

Frozen Yogurt I've seen a post or thread on here (sorry can't recall details) about putting these in the freezer to make frozen yogurty 'icecream' which is apparently very yummy. ;)

Maggi These 'in the bag' seasonings are absolutely fab! I love all of them. Any ideas of the syn values of the others - I tried the red wine and shallot one for beef last night - it was sensational! I also adore the paprika one and also garlic and herb. How sinful are they? lol! :confused:
