    They are both free but not superfree. So they don't count towards the third of your plate that you are supposed to fill with superfree. Hope that helps

    I lost 3lbs I am so chuffed :D I was so sure that I couldn't have as I have had a flake 2 nights this week and chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. Just goes to show you can have them as long as you count them in your syns. Gotta love those flexible syns :D

    15st is my heaviest and is what I weigh now. I want to weigh 10st 10 for being a bridesmaid at end of August and possibly get down to 10st after that or before if its possible!!:)
