Yes you add water, but that means you'll be counting more points than if you had just the contents of the pack? Told you - confused!!

Thanks, I can calculate via the app, it's just I don't know whether the portion size is the 110g on the main part of the pack, or 2 x the 184g half portions it says on the nutritional panel?

In the nutritional info it says 184g is half a pack, but the pack itself says it's 110g. This is where I got lost!

So the WW app says NuMe chicken pasta and sauce is only 6 points per pack, but the pack itself says 6 points per half pack. Is this something to do with the weight when it's cooked, or just a WW error?

Picked up a chicken in white wine sauce box, comes with green beans, and I notice there are also some tall boxed pasta meals new too - have any Syns values been calculated for these as yet?

Anyone know the Syns in this new one which is just coconut flavoured? Isn't in my book...
