    If you're genuinely not hungry then don't eat them. You never know you may be extra hungry tomorrow or later in the weekn and want to eat them then. I like to look at calories as a weekly rather than a daily count. I find this much more flexible.

    I just calorie count. I'm always well over on fibre and sugar but a lot of the sugar is natural (eg from fruit) so I'm not too concerned. I've lost 54lbs without being concerned about the boxes at the bottom so don't worry about it too much.

    I could be wrong but I've always counted it dry. So for example if 50g of dried rice was 100 cals I would cook 50g of dried rice and eat it all and count it as 100 cals. Like I say this could be completely wrong, but it hasn't done my weight loss any harm.

    Just finished wk6! I cannot believe I just ran for 25 mins. Mind you I was as red as a beetroot at the end of it! I covered 2.5 miles in that 25 mins so I'm pretty slow but when I think about how difficult I found week 1 and now I can run for 25 mins! I'm sure my speed will pick up over time.

    If you don't feel hungry enough to eat huge amounts to up your calories you can eat small amounts of healthy high calorie food such as nuts and peanut butter. A handful of nuts is pretty good for you, high in calories and you only need to eat a small amount to gain 100s of calories.
