Alyssa's WW Food Diary 2015 - Starting All Over Again!

Been eating crap over easter time. We were taken out for dinner to Ask Italian by my bf's parents, my dad made his famous macaroni cheese on Sunday and given far too many easter eggs and treats! Not feeling too bad about it as it is only once a year, but I definitely could have tried a little...

Alyssa's WW Food Diary 2015 - Starting All Over Again!

Hey all, I've gained two stone in recent years due to laziness and lack of caring about what I'm putting in my mouth. Deep down, I'm gutted because I lost those two stone on Weight Watchers and felt great a few years ago! I've recently tried Slimming World but found it didn't work for me, so...

Moved away from home and gained weight, time to lose it!

They're great if you're after something sweet but don't want to go over your point limit :) I just had my Strawberry Ski Yoghurt (YUM!! Definitely getting these again!) and my watermelon (bit of a dissapointment and bad quality - it was all squishy. I got the snack pack version from ASDA) I'll...

Moved away from home and gained weight, time to lose it!

Jaffa cakes are about 0.75pts each for us, so about 1.5pt for two. That's not all that bad considering how yummy they are! So far today I've had: Breakfast: Coco pops & OJ (5pts) Snack: Jelly Tots (2pts) & Alpen Light bar (1pt) - I have an addiction to jelly tots lol! I need my morning sugar...

Thanks, still not feeling 100% myself but the worst of this illness is over! I really want to eat well this week as I'm going home for a visit this weekend and therefore going out a lot for lunches and dinners to catch up with friends. I also know my metre long tube of Jaffa cakes is still...

Moved away from home and gained weight, time to lose it!

It's all based on calories and saturated fat. The formula I use is calories/70 + sat fat/4 = points (I have a sliding thing to calculate points but usually just do it on my phones calculator when out and about!). I find the old system works better than the new one and I have all the booklets and...

    High/Low Point Diet?

Hello, I remember seeing ages ago that there was a diet (can't remember the name!) where on some days of the week you would eat more points and others less. What was this diet called? And has anyone tried it, what kind of results did you get?

    New vs. Old System

Hello, First off does anyone know how many points are in pro points? Is there some sort of ratio? It would be super handy to know! :D Also, do you prefer the new pro points system to the old one? Have you found it more effective?
