    I know. But always try to look at it in a positive perspective. If you were able to do it before, there's no reason why you can't do it now. Think about the things that caused you to lose focus and try to think of ways to avoid them.

    I love number 2, 9, and 10. Number 6 is the most challenging for me. It's the only day in the week that my family gets to spend more time together. We're all busy during the rest of the week. The kids have to go to school and I need to go to work so we usually sleep early.

    Both of them are rich in fibers. I have issues with constipation and those two fruits really help me. Besides, they taste great!

    Feel like a failure :(

    I lost 45 lbs in 3 months by eating small meals every 2 hours and 90 minutes of exercise. It's the only thing that works for me after trying a lot of diets and weight loss ideas.

    I have no suggestion but I just want to say that your post reminds me of shawarma. I can have it for lunch and dinner all week. Have you tried it? It looks healthy with all those veggies. And i don't think that the tahini sauce is so bad. I believe that it is made from sesame seeds.

    Zero Noodles???

    Jettica is right. You won't get any nutrition out of it. It has become popular among weight watchers due to absence of calories. But just in case that you still want to have it, cook it with Asian recipes. It tastes odd with Italian.

    I usually cook my porridge with hard boiled eggs and chicken breast. Add a dash of salt and pepper and give it a squeeze of lemon. It's pretty good...in fact I'm craving for it right now :)

    My daughter does it and she looks pretty good. That's what she does every time she's watching TV and she's been doing it for more than a year now, so I would think that it must be working for her.

    Well..It actually works for me. I lost 45 lbs in three months by eating small meals frequently. What I only added from the regimen is brisk walking for 90 minutes a day. Actually, it is the only one that really worked for me.

    Breakfast ideas

    My usual breakfast is cheese or egg sandwich. Sometimes, I eat oatmeal with fruits. But the best breakfast for me would be ham, cheese, egg, lettuce, slice of tomato, onion and pickles, two slices of bread with ripe mango on the side.

    You can also fill the spring rolls with mongo sprout, sweet potato cubes, tofu (also cut in cubes), and shrimp. When it's ready to eat, I dip it on vinegar with garlic and salt. Lovely!

    You cannot get all the nutrition your body needs in less than 1000 calories. Our body is like a car. We can fill it with the most expensive gas with lots of good stuff, but if you don't fill it up all of the way then you'll run out and your car won't start. And no, you can't just "re-fill" it...

    No, I'm not going to make this long. I have been overweight for the past 15 yrs of my life until i encountered problems with my job. Our doctor advised me that if I am not going to lose weight, they cannot let me go back to work again. I never seriously thought of losing weight before...
