    SYN FREE YOGHURTS

    wow thanks for this site I never realised that the muller light with black cherry unerlayer has syns it says on the slimming world calculater 1 1/2 always thought they were all free. So will be looking a little more closely next time :(

    Back to SW for the 50 millionth time!!

    Good luck on your re start, this is my second time in doing SW, the first time I done it to get smaller for my wedding and I done it but really really strictly so had hardly any syns and didnt enjoy it. This time around I am taking the slower approach and making sure I have my syns everyday...

    Going to need help pulling it back after what will be a naughtyish weekend!

    I would say enjoy this weekend then start again straight after and not have any more syns until your WI, If you do gain I dont reckon it will be 3/4lb (If any) and then think a fresh start after WI and be really good and you will be back on track :D

    Why doesn't it work for me?

    Dont give up I think its better to do it slowly than not at all. Last time I done SW I was really strict and had hardly any syns but found if I had bad week (for holidays etc) the weight piled on really quickly. This time around I am loosing weight more slowly and using my 10-15 syns a day...

    Helppppp!! Syns in frozen quorn sausages???

    I recently returned to SW and did not realise Quorn sausages were 1 syn until someone pointed it out to me:sigh: but to be fair 1 syn is not too bad. Might have to try the linda Mcartney ones though as I love stuffing :)

    3 Positives for today...

    Loving this idea: 1) I have been good all week so should be a loss tomorrow 2) Just eaten a nice healthy lunch consisting of lots of fishy things to super speed my weight loss and had a nice walk. and 3) Getting a lovely new carpet fitted today in my youngest sons bedroom :D

    I have never thought of doing this but it does make sense, I find that if I have a bad day I just try and think must be better next day, but I suppose if I carry the syns over this would make more sense and I might not feel as bad :)

    I have just made myself two quorn sausages, Baked beans, Tin tomatoes and 2 fried eggs (fried in fry light), So 2 syns all in all and feeling quite full, now to have a muller light and an orange xx;)
