    I work for a hospital here in Southend, and my advice would be to get it checked. If it is broken then all they'll probably do is strap it up, but best to get it xray'd to make sure there's no other damage done.

    Aww hun! It's ok :) 2nd weeks are notorious for STS's or tiny gains as the body goes into shock at the sudden change (according to Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper!) I gained 1lb on my second week... it'll drop off next week , you'll see. x

    I know that I did an hours gym work the day before WI and I gained a pound. I'd been 100% on plan all week and that was the only thing my consultant and I could put it down to. But everybody's body works differently.

    If you could give one piece of advice

    This has probably been said before, but the best thing I've found is to never let a bad day turn into a bad week. EVER. Draw a line under it, don't beat yourself up over it either, and get right back on track the next day. You may be pleasantly surprised :) xx

    Definately plan your food daily, or even weekly. Make sure you don't run out of the good stuff so you'll be less tempted to raid the naughty things. Lots of luck xx
