Hi everyone - good news. Kelloggs replied to me today and All Bran / All Bran Fibre Plus is exactly the same just rebranded. If you want to double check it (if you are as strict as me ;-) compare the nutritional values on the kelloggs website to that on the cereal box. They are identical. :-)

Hi, I have actually emailed Kelloggs about All Bran. I live in NI and have never seen Fibre Plus...ever. Am waiting on their reply and will let you know when I hear.

There is a great recipe on the "Free - 7 day trial" page of the website. Bacon and Sausage fritata - bit like an omlette - yum!! Mixed grill is another idea :-) We add pinapple and banana but be careful as if you cook them they turn to the dreaded syns!
