    Me too. If I needed sugar in my tea and coffee I wouldn't drink it at all on a DD, it really is wasted calories and those few calories you can have need to be as nutritious as they can be.

    I stick to Mon, Wed and Fri as my Down days, I couldn't do with having it on different days of the week, I like that I know what's what and so does my body. I started out eating three small meals a day on a DD but found it made me more hungry so I now stick to one meal at tea-time.

    Only on my fifth day of attack but yes totally agree, in a way that I never did when I attempted atkins, I have to make myself eat most of the time but then I guess I'm in ketosis which tends to make you feel like that anyway
