    How long to drop a dress size?

    I had 28 lb to lose and it took 20lb of that before I dropped from size 14 to 12 at the bottom and 14lb to drop from 16 to 12 at top. Then only another 4lb to drop another size at bottom to 10 but I'm still a 12 at top. Unfortunately I carry all my weight on belly and boobs, proper apple me. X

    The crunch bars have same carbs as the soups, shakes & porridge, its only the chewy bars which have higher carb but you will still go into ketosis with either as long as no more than 1 chewy bar per day. good luck xxxx
