Made the smash pizza the other night and it is very very nice. I added mixed herbs to the smash before thinning out on tray and usd passata instead of tomato puree. Quick and easy Syn free snack/meal. Made the SW coleslaw too!

I also tried to cook this but used blueberries instead and also found that it was very soggy at the bottom. Maybe will try with a not so juicy fruit next time.
