MrC's Two Week Refeed Plan / Diary

Hi MrC. Am doing total exante, similar principle to LT but choice of bars, soups or porridge as well as shakes. So far all taste pretty ok, just couldn't face any more shakes! Have done 3days and amazingly, havn't cheated! I just always felt the need to eat on Lt not for food but for the...

    Week 9 weigh in

Kay, as you say, 1/2 stone in 2 weeks is really good and spot on for what LT says you will loose. Other people who cheat, and yes I mean me, do loose out in the long run asquite often they end up giving up sooner. Keep it up, maybe miss a weigh in so you just get the bi-weekly figure to avoid...

    starting again

Yes, it is, but stick with it! Do a bit of exercise or set yourself a task, I have been re-grouting my kitchen tiled floor to keep me occupied (not recommended) but you could sort out your wardrobe into stuff you will be able to throw away soon!

I am going to start lipotrim on monday and very nervous.

I know it is tough. I have been a little naughty today, a couple of pieces of chicken and a mouthful of bolognaise I had cooked for the dog/ children. It is bad because having the taste of food makes me want more which is exactly why I shouldn't cheat. That's enough now, no more I have decided...

    Thinking about joining lipotrim...

Hi Marley, I have just restarted LT after a couple of years, on day 4 and not too bad ( going to make sure the dog doesn't guzzle my shake today). There have been many times over the last couple of years I have started LT and given up after a day or 2. You have to be determined to do it and not...

    starting again

Hi Claire Louise! Gosh, I am back again too and have a wedding late April! Last did LT 2 years ago and lost 17lb in 5 weeks and hoping for similar this time. First time on the forum though and I think it will help. On day 4 today, sneaky weigh in has shown lost 3lb so far so not bad! This diet...

    Hello old friend.

I really admire you and your plans for your future. I don't think I would have the staying power or determination and would give up before I started. Good for you and good luck!

I am going to start lipotrim on monday and very nervous.

Been a little bit naughty, the children had grilled smoked bacon for tea and I pinched a bit, about the size of a £2 coin! It was nice though! Don't weigh yourself til Saturday morning, it will be a better result than Friday night. X

    Oh no!

Ha! Well the vet said she could do with loosing a few pounds pn her lady check up! Not to worry, I went home at lunchtime and had a shake there, keeping close guard!

    2nd Weigh in

I saw that, good for you! I did a half marathon about 4 years ago and decided to reward myself with a week off running, then never really restarted apart from the odd half hour on the treadmill now and then, hence back on lipotrim!

    Opps..

Got to give that a try!

    Oh no!

Decided to have my breakfast shake at work. Made it up in the kitchen and placed it and a pint of water on my desk. Then distracted by a phone call and when I turned round my dog, who comes to work with me, was on my desk with a pink beard and an empty glass next to her! She then had the...

I think I am ready for a challenge!!!!

Good for you, I agree, do the 5k first. The fact you are doing a race with others will carry you along. Start by a short jog followed by walking, repeat etc and gradually increase the jog time and decrease the walk time and in a few weeks you will surprise yourself how quickly you improve. Good...

    Hello

Hi Val, http://pi.static.mmscdn.com/icons/icon14.gif haha! I gave them all ready meals yesterday and you would have thought I had given them a dried crust to share, they were all horrified. I was trying to make a point and think I succeeded, maybe they will appreciate me more in the future...

    2nd Weigh in

Brilliant! I have a wobble plate too, but never use it, I have been told they do work but you have to keep using them, like anything else, once you stop, you go back rapidly to where you started. I am going on my treadmill tonight (if there is something worth watching on tv). I spend the first...

    Hello

day 2 Just a quick update, harder today, but that may have something to do with the fact I cooked a really nice meal for the family, chicken portions in a tomato, garlic, tarragon, wine sauce with creamy mash and a side salad, were they grateful?http://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/confused.gif...

    Hello

Thankyou! Had to get up 3 times in the night to go to the loo! Other than that fine. Working today though with no control over my timetable so may be a bit tougher.
