hi! well done for losing so much, sw is def the best diet ive ever been on. i cant imagine not sticking to it as a lifestyle change now. i hate weighing out pasta and rice, sw is just so easy! My weight loss seems slower than most of the signatures on here, so i must make sure i have 1/3...

those mullerlight greek fat free yoguts are half price in waitrose.. i noticed they sell the cherry bakewell alpen light bars too if anyones been looking for them!

well, i gained a pound!! I was expecting t, the week before i had a few take aways and then lost 2!! So i knew i would maintain or gain one once my weight had sorted itself out. but ive been positive since saturday. ive been to the gym twice and burned 500 cals each time, will be going again...

Thanks to this thread, I actually tried the "dan sack" (!) in the week and i LOVE it! It was a little bit hot but I can get used to that! Lovely and sweet, full of lentils and very tasty! Will def have that more often, all these years on various diets, I always went for the chicken...

hello everyone, i have managed to go down too, despite not following sw to the letter over the week, due to a family gathering and dare i say it, a pizza!? no doubt itll all catch up with me next week.. im going to be as good as gold but am expecting to stay the same! Hope everyone has a great! x

hope everyone is doing ok so far this week! I weighed and have lost naother pound.. since then though, ive had a few easter cupcakes etc and went over my syns yesterday :( still, the rest of the week im back on it, and plan on going to the gym tonight, i soo want to keep the weight coming off...

mikado biscuits are 0.5 syns each, they do it for me on the choc/biscuit front! x

Morning everyone! Quick question, I noticed in the first post that tesco healthy living tescos are free, but when I looked for them, I could only find the 6 packs of tesco LOW fat yogurts.. they do a yellow fruit selection and a red one? Are these the same ones? If theyre not, how do i work out...
